Wandering Soul Co. – Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you to love your order! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns work:

 

Returns

    •    Apparel may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

    •    Candles, trinket dishes, and home goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

    •    Final sale, clearance, and custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Refunds

    •    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping costs, which are non-refundable).

    •    Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

 

Exchanges

    •    Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want isn’t in stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

    •    If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at support@wanderingsoulco.com within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
